Star Baazar(Trent Ltd.)

You can find us at Star Baazar, which is part of Trent Ltd. We are located in the Jainalaya building, right at Sajanrao Circle in Bangalore. Most people just tell others we're across from the Vb Bakery because everyone knows where that is. It is a landmark in this part of town. Our place is usually quite busy. Being a retail spot, we have people coming in all day long looking for things. It’s a lot of stocking shelves, checking prices, and helping people find what they need. It gets especially crowded on the weekends or when there is a big festival coming up. The staff here is mostly local folks who live nearby. We aren't all dressed up in suits; we wear our work uniforms and just get on with it. Sometimes the checkout lines get a bit long, and we have to open another register quickly. It is a lot of standing and moving around. We deal with all sorts of items, from food to household stuff. The smell of the bakery across the street sometimes drifts over, which is nice. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just try to keep the shelves full and the floors clean. It is hard work, but it is what we do. We're just a regular part of the neighborhood here at Sajanrao Circle, trying to keep things running for everyone who shops with us.
