Our place is tucked away in Maruthi Seva Nagar, specifically in Subbanana Palya on Venkataswamy Layout. The exact spot is 95/3 on Ex Service Mens Street. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads. Most of the folks who come to us are neighbors who have lived here for decades. Finding the shop might be a bit tricky the first time if you aren't from around here, but the sign is clear once you get close. The street is mostly residential, so random walk-ins don't happen often. Usually, a friend tells another friend about us and that is how the work comes in. We have been working from this same building for years. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, honestly, but the daily tasks usually take up all our time. It’s a family-run kind of setup. A few chairs are kept for people to sit while they wait. In the rainy season, the street gets a bit muddy, but the regulars still make their way over. Handling the paperwork and the orders is something we do ourselves. There isn't any fancy management system; a notebook and a pen mostly do the job. It works for us. We just stay focused on what needs to be done each day and go home when the sun goes down. Most days are steady, and we like the familiar faces that stop by just to say hello.
