We’ve been at this office in Balaji Tower for a while now. It’s on the third floor, Unit 10, right on Thiru-Vi-Ka Road here in Royapettah. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around Door No. New 32. We spend most of our days here dealing with transport schedules and making sure trucks are where they need to be. It’s not fancy work, just a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Our team is small, just a few of us sitting at desks piled with manifests and route maps. Tkm Transport Management Services Pvt. Ltd. isn't some huge faceless thing; it's just us trying to keep things moving. We deal with drivers, fuel costs, and timing issues every single day. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. The Royapettah heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, though the fans help. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the work because that's what needs doing. Getting goods from one point to another without too much trouble is the main thing we do. It’s been our routine for years, and we’ve gotten to know the regular drivers pretty well. We just keep showing up and doing the same thing.
