Tirupati Adhesives (P) Limited

Our place is over at 47 in Peenya Third Phase, which is a pretty loud and busy part of the industrial area. We spend most of our days at Tirupati Adhesives (P) Limited dealing with big drums and containers of glue. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. The floors are often a bit sticky and there is always that strong chemical smell that stays in your clothes even after you go home. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. Most of us here just focus on getting the orders filled and making sure the lids are on tight before things go out on the trucks. People around here know us as the glue folks. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a bunch of guys working with machines and trying to keep the production line moving without too many hiccups. Sometimes the machines act up or a shipment gets delayed because of the traffic on the main road, but that is just part of the daily grind in Peenya. We have lunch together in the small break area and then get right back to it. It’s a lot of manual work and checking labels. We don't really do much besides making sure the stuff we make actually holds things together like it’s supposed to. If you ever come by the third phase, you will see us there working away.
