Our office is located at 428 Anjanpura Layout in JP Nagar 9th Phase, specifically in the Allalali Anjanapura Royal Park Residency area. This part of the city is still developing, so there are a lot of open plots and new buildings coming up all around us. We spend most of our days out on the field, showing people different sites or checking on the boundary stones of a property. It is a lot of walking around in the sun and talking to folks about what they want to build. The office in the residency is where we come back to do the paperwork and drink some tea. It is not a corporate setup at all, just a place to sit and discuss prices and layouts. The roads around here can be quite bumpy and unpaved in some sections, but that is part of being in a new layout like JP Nagar 9th Phase. We know most of the people around here because it is a small community of builders and land owners. Sometimes we just sit outside and watch the construction workers on the nearby sites. We don't use any big marketing tricks, we just show people what is available and let them decide. It is a slow process sometimes, waiting for titles and clearances, but we are here every day if someone wants to take a look at a plot. We have watched this entire area grow from empty fields into a residential layout over the last few years.
