Thunderbird Real Estate

Thunderbird Real Estate is located at 118 Commercial Street. We are right across from the West Side store. It is a very lively part of town, and there are always crowds of people walking past our window. Our office is quite modest. We have some maps on the wall and desks where we handle all the property details. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets or a fancy reception area. It is just a place to get work done and talk to people who are looking for a new space. We have been in this area for a long time, so we have seen many changes on Commercial Street. We don't use any slick sales talk or try to push people into things they don't want. We just give them the facts and show them the properties. Most of our day is spent out on the street, meeting landlords or showing apartments to people. It can be a long day, but we enjoy the interaction. We don't have a big corporate office behind us. It is just us and our knowledge of the local buildings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. People usually find us because they saw our sign or a friend told them to come here. We just try to be helpful and honest about the market. It’s a simple, local business. We stay open pretty late on most weekdays to help everyone.
