You can reach us at No.15 Marathahalli, right on the 3rd floor. We are situated next to the Syndicate Bank, which is the easiest way to find us if you're looking for the building. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a bit of a view of the traffic, which is always moving out there. We deal with property and real estate, so there are always people coming in and out with documents. The office isn't very big, just a few cabins and a place to sit. We have maps pinned to the walls and stacks of folders on every desk. It can get a bit loud because of the main road, but we've gotten used to it over time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our board or heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of our day visiting sites and then coming back here to update the records. The elevator is small, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it friendly. We don't use any fancy software, just the usual stuff to keep track of things. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish up. It’s just a straightforward business where we try to help people figure out their property needs without any unnecessary fuss or drama.
