We know the streets and which areas are growing. We aren't the type to use big words or try to confuse people. We just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk about what’s available. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet for hours. That’s just the nature of this work. We are a small team. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy brochures.
