We are based out of the Global Village tech park, right off Mysore Road. If you know the area, it's near the Rvce Post and Mylasandra. Our space is in Tower-2, Block-B, occupying parts of the first and second floors. It’s a big SEZ campus, so getting in involves some security checks and a bit of walking, but it’s a nice enough place once you’re inside. The commute on Mysore Road can be a real headache some days with all the construction and traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Being part of Textron India means we have a lot of people coming and going. The campus has a lot of greenery which is a nice break from the computer screens. We aren't really about those flashy corporate videos you see online. Here, it’s mostly just engineers and support staff sitting at their desks or meeting in the small break rooms to figure out project details. We have our own routine, starting with coffee from the machine and checking emails. The office gets quite a bit of light, which helps keep the mood up when the deadlines are tight. It feels like a small community within this huge campus. You see the same faces at the food court every day. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do our best and head home before the traffic gets too bad. It's a professional environment but without all that stuffy attitude you might expect from such a big name. It works for us.
