We go by the name tesera architect and we are located in AECS Layout. It’s A Block, specifically building 245 on the 1st Main. Being in Kundalahalli means we are right in the middle of everything in Bangalore. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers and some drafting tables set up. It’s usually quiet in the mornings until everyone starts arriving. We work on all kinds of architectural projects. Sometimes it’s a small renovation and other days it’s something bigger. We don't have a flashy entrance or a big team of sales people. It’s just us doing the drawings and checking the site progress. Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. Working here in Blor-37 has been good for us. We see a lot of new buildings going up around the layout all the time. Our days are filled with looking at maps, talking to laborers, and trying to get the dimensions right. It’s easy to make a mistake if you aren't careful, so we try to pay attention to the small details. People find us mostly by word of mouth or because they live nearby. We’ve got plenty of rolled up blueprints sitting in the corners. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. If you're in AECS Layout, you can just stop by the 1st Main and find us there. There’s usually someone around to answer the door or point you in the right direction.
