Techno Milks

Techno Milks is situated in Peenya on Tilak Road 1. If you know Peenya, you know it is a huge industrial layout with lots of factories. Our spot is right at the start of the road. We deal with milk and dairy processing, so the work starts very early in the morning before most people are even awake. The trucks arrive with the milk cans when it is still dark outside. It is a very cold environment inside because we have to keep everything chilled. You can hear the hum of the cooling units all day and night. We wear rubber boots and aprons because there is always water and milk on the floors during the cleaning process. It is a lot of scrubbing and making sure the pipes are clear. I usually have my first cup of tea at 5 AM while we wait for the first batch to be ready. The air smells a bit like fresh milk and cleaning supplies. Tilak Road can get very muddy when it rains, which makes the loading part a bit difficult. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the wall. It is a practical business and we don't spend much time sitting down once the shift begins. It's just constant work until the last truck leaves. We keep the machines running and the floors wet, but that's just the nature of working with dairy products all day.
