Tech Span Engineering Pvt Ltd is based at 410 Binnypet in the Adithi building. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history, and our office feels a bit like that too. We aren't in one of those new glass towers. Our space is more functional, with a lot of blueprints and heavy folders lying around. We focus on engineering projects, mostly structural stuff and site planning. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of double-checking and staring at technical drawings until your eyes hurt. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need a lot of rules to know what to do. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it gets a bit tense when a deadline is approaching. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The Adithi building is easy to find once you’re in Binnypet, and we’ve got a few decent windows that let in some natural light. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just talk to our clients directly and tell them what’s possible and what isn’t. People come to us because they know we’ve been doing this for a long time and we don't cut corners. It’s just honest engineering work without any of the fluff you see in big advertisements. We just keep our heads down and do the math and the drawings. It's how we work.
