Tea Roshni

We set up Tea Roshni in VGS Colony, which is quite close to the RTO office. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. The area is usually busy because of all the people going to get their licenses and paperwork done nearby. Our building is pretty modest. We have enough space for our tea and a small desk for the books. It’s mostly just us working through the day. We don't have any big posters or bright lights outside. People usually find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a friend. The mornings are usually the busiest time when we get everything ready. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going with what we can. We aren't trying to be a massive company. We just like handling tea and making sure the people who buy from us get what they expect. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just a few people who know their way around a tea chest. If you're near the RTO office, you might see us moving bags or just sitting by the door during a quiet moment. It’s a good spot for us and we've been here long enough to know most of the people on the street.
