We are located out in Gothina, which is near the Ambiligan post office. It is a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the main parts of Bhadrak, as we are tucked away via Kothar. This is an engineering office, so we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and technical documents. The pace here is much slower than what you would find in a place like Bhubaneswar or Cuttack. We have a small office where we manage local projects and some of the broader engineering work for the company. It’s a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by greenery and the usual village sounds. We don't have high-speed elevators or fancy break rooms. Just a solid roof, our desks, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Most of us are from the surrounding villages or nearby towns in Orissa. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress up in suits every day. It’s hot for a good part of the year, so we just try to stay cool and stay focused on the engineering tasks. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s a humble setup, but we produce good work and keep our projects moving forward without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes we have to travel to sites, but the office here is our main base for everything we do.
