Tata Coffee Ltd. (Sifco Division)

We've been here by the Sanathnagar Railway Station for quite a while now. Most people know the spot just by looking across the tracks. It gets noisy with the trains going past, but we've gotten used to it. The Sifco division handles a lot of the day-to-day work for Tata Coffee right here. It’s a busy place. The floor is usually covered in some kind of activity, and there’s always someone coming or going. We focus on getting the beans where they need to go and making sure the machinery keeps running like it should. It’s not a fancy office. There are desks piled with papers and some old chairs in the break room. We mostly just stick to our tasks. Some of us have been working in this part of town for years, so we know the local tea stalls and where to grab a quick lunch. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. It isn't always quiet, but it’s how we get things done. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the coffee is moving out the door. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the station. You can't really miss the building once you're on that side of the road. It’s just a regular workplace with people who know their jobs and get on with them every morning. The coffee smell is always there too.
