Our office is at 49 Kammanahalli Hegganahalli, right in the middle of the Nadikerappa Industrial Area. Specifically, we are in the PIA 2nd Stage. It’s a place where there are lots of factories and warehouses around us, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people find plots or industrial spaces in this part of town. Our office is pretty simple, just some chairs, a map of the area on the wall, and a table where we can spread out the paperwork. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, driving around the bumpy roads to show people different sites. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction and the industrial activity, so we are always cleaning the windows. We aren't the kind of real estate agents who wear fancy ties; we usually just have on our work clothes and some sturdy shoes. Most of our clients are local business owners or people looking to set up a small workshop. We know the streets around Hegganahalli really well since we are here every day. It’s a practical business in a practical area. We just listen to what someone needs and try to find a spot that fits their budget. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s interesting to see how the industrial area keeps growing and changing every year as new buildings go up and more people move in.
