You can find us in the Bismilla Building over in Venkateshpura. We are right next to the Syndicate Bank, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you are in the neighborhood. We go by the name Taj Real Estates. It’s just a small office where we keep track of houses and plots around this part of town. People stop by all the time asking about what’s available or who is selling what. We don’t have those big glossy brochures or anything. Usually, we just write things down in a big ledger or on some sticky notes. The bank next door makes it convenient for folks. Venkateshpura is changing a lot lately, with new buildings going up everywhere. We try to keep up with who owns what. It's mostly just me and a couple of others sitting here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around to look at properties. It’s dusty work sometimes. The office isn't very big, and it gets a bit crowded when more than two people visit at once. We’ve got a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign or hear about us from their cousins. It's a straightforward way of doing things. We know the streets here really well. If there's a plot for sale, we’ve probably heard about it. We just stay here and wait for the next person to walk in.
