T C G Real Estate is based at 3 Whitefield Main Road. This part of the city is always changing, with new buildings going up every week. Our office has been here through a lot of that growth. It’s right on the main road, so it’s easy to find, though the traffic outside can be pretty loud most of the time. We aren't a massive firm. It’s just a small group of us who know the Whitefield area inside and out. We handle a lot of different things, from office spaces for startups to apartments for families moving into the area. I’ve lived around here for years and I remember when this was all much quieter than it is now. We don't use fancy sales tactics or corporate jargon. We just tell it like it is. If a property is overpriced, we say so. If a location has terrible traffic even by local standards, we mention it. Our office is a bit lived-in, with stacks of files and blueprints scattered everywhere. We spend most of our time out meeting people or checking on properties. It’s hard work and the days are often long, but we enjoy the variety of people we meet. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we rely on doing a good job so people tell their friends about us.
