Sweet Home Real Estate

Our office is located at 62 Frazer Town, right across from the SBI branch. It's a convenient spot because everyone knows where the bank is. We've been working out of this space for a long time, helping people find places to stay or shops to rent in the neighborhood. Frazer Town has changed a lot over the years, with new cafes and apartments popping up everywhere, but we've kept our small corner pretty much the same. It's just a few desks and a lot of files stacked up against the wall. Most days involve walking around the lanes, checking on properties, and talking to landlords. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk about how the area used to be much quieter before the traffic got bad. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know these streets like the back of our hands. If you come by, you might find us busy on the phone or out showing a house to a young family. The noise outside can get quite loud, especially in the evenings, but it's part of being in this part of town. We keep track of what's available on paper and in our heads more than on any fancy computer system. People usually just walk in because they saw our board while going to the bank. It's a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
