Hedge Nagar has really grown so much lately. Our office for Swathi Suhas Real Estate is located at 462, 4th Main, 8th Cross. It is right in the Cafe Board Layout. This part of Bangalore used to be much quieter and had a lot more open space. Now there are houses and buildings everywhere you look. We have watched all this change happen right in front of us. We are just a local setup here. There is no fancy glass building for us to work out of. We work out of a very simple space. Most of our day is spent visiting different sites or checking on how the new construction is coming along. The layout can be a bit confusing if you are not from this area, so we spend a lot of time giving directions over the phone to people who are lost. We know the developers and the people who bought land here many years ago. It is all about local knowledge. We do not have a big sales pitch to give to anyone. If a plot of land is good, then it is good. If it has some issues, we just say so. We would rather be honest about it than have someone coming back angry at us later on. We live around this area too, so we often see our clients at the local market or the bakery. It keeps you honest when you see people every day. The 4th Main gets a bit busy in the evenings, but it is a good spot for us to be.
