Swadeshi Silks

We are Swadeshi Silks, located at No. 31 in the Krishna Nagar Industrial Layout, right off Hosur Main Road. Dealing with silk is what we do every day. The layout is full of different warehouses and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity. You can hear the hum of machines from the other units nearby. Our place is filled with the smell of fabric and the sound of looms or sewing machines. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend our time looking at threads and checking the weave of the cloth. It’s a bit dusty, as you might expect, but we keep things as clean as we can. The location on Hosur Main Road is good because it’s easy to get to, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the mornings. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass walls. It’s more of a working space where the real effort happens. We have a few old desks for the paperwork and a small area where we can sit and talk to suppliers. The people who work here really know their stuff when it comes to silk. We just focus on getting the work done right and making sure the customers get what they asked for. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We are just a local business trying to do a good job in a very busy industrial area.
