We’re over at 623 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. BTM is a place that never really seems to sleep, with people moving in and out all the time. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or trying to figure out what to do with their property. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different buildings in the 2nd Stage. The office itself is a bit of a landing pad where we come back to make some notes or grab a glass of water before the next meeting. It’s got a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. We don’t go in for anything polished or corporate; we just speak plainly and tell people what we know about the neighborhood. The traffic in BTM Layout can be a real headache, so we usually try to schedule things so we aren’t stuck on the road for too long. After being here for a while, you get to know which lanes are shortcuts and which ones to avoid during rush hour. It’s a fast-paced business, and we’re usually juggling three or four things at once. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well and enjoy being out and about in the community.
