Surya City Taxi

We've been running Surya City Taxi out of our spot in Malleshwaram for quite some time now. You can find us at 41458 Malleshwaram 2nd Main, specifically in the Maruthi Extension area. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a place where we manage the cabs and talk to drivers. Getting around this part of the city can be a real headache sometimes with the narrow lanes and the crowd, so we try to keep things simple. Usually, someone is around to take a call or chat if you walk in. We know the roads here pretty well because we live and work in the same neighborhood. It's mostly local guys driving for us. We don't have a big corporate team or flashy apps. If a car is available, we send it over. Sometimes the traffic makes us late, which is just how it goes in Bangalore, but we do try to be honest about the timing. People in Maruthi Extension know us mostly by word of mouth. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, but our little base on 2nd Main stays about the same. It's just a basic taxi service for people who need to get from one place to another without too much fuss. We keep our logs on paper mostly and just focus on the daily trips. Nothing too complicated, just Surya City Taxi doing its thing day after day.
