Surmi Citi Taxi

Our small office is located at 361/A in Basaveshwara Nagar. It’s on the 12th Main in the 4th Block, pretty close to the Airtel office if you know the area. Surmi Citi Taxi started out because we saw people needing rides around here. We have a few cars and drivers who know these streets like the back of their hand. It’s not a huge operation with a call center or anything fancy. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the phones and coordinating where the cars need to go. Sometimes the traffic on 12th Main gets backed up, which can be a headache, but we manage. We try to be around when people need us for a trip to the station or just across town. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs and a place to park the vehicles when they aren't out. We’ve been in this part of Basaveshwara Nagar for a good bit now. Most of our regulars are just folks from the neighborhood who don't want to deal with the big apps. It’s easier this way. We know the shortcuts and which roads to avoid during rush hour. If you’re looking for us, look for the building near the mobile office. We’re usually around most of the day, just keeping the cars moving and making sure things stay on track. It's a lot of driving and waiting, but that's the business.
