My name is Suresh and I’ve been running this place on Ramamurthy Nagar Main Road for quite some time now. We aren't a big office with many employees, just a few of us who know K R Puram like the back of our hands. People usually walk in when they are looking for a small house to rent or if they have a piece of land they want to sell. The traffic on this road gets pretty bad in the evenings, but it's a good spot to be. We handle the paperwork and talk to the owners so the tenants don't have to worry too much. It started as a small desk and now we have this shop. Sometimes people just stop by for a chat about property prices in Hobli or to see if anything new has come up near the junction. We don't do fancy ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It's a simple business. We try to be honest about which areas have water issues or which buildings have good parking. It’s hard work keeping track of all the new developments, but we manage. If you are near 584/47, you’ll see our sign. We keep our files organized, though the office might look a bit crowded with maps and ledgers. It is just how things are here. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping folks find a roof over their heads.
