Suresh Estate Agency has its office at 28/29 in the GIDC Industrial Estate, which is part of JP Nagar Phase-iii. Being in an industrial area means we deal with a lot of factory spaces and warehouses, but we also handle regular housing around the neighborhood. The office is pretty small and usually filled with ledgers and maps of the local plots. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, meeting owners or showing potential buyers around the sites. It’s a lot of talking and walking, especially when the sun is out. We’ve been in JP Nagar for a long time, so we’ve seen how the whole Phase-iii area has grown. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot more going on. We don't have a big corporate team, just us handling the inquiries. People usually come to us because they want to find something specific without a lot of hassle. We know which buildings have issues and which ones are good for a business to start in. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don't use any flashy marketing tricks; we just tell people what the situation is with a property. The industrial estate can be a bit noisy with all the trucks, but it’s where we’ve always been. We just try to help folks find the right spot.
