We run our business from 881/F in Baraveshwar Nagar 2nd Stage. This is in the Basaveshwara Nagar area, right on the W.C. Road. We are very close to the Shankar Mutt bus stop, so it is easy for people to find us. We have a bit of a double life here because we handle groceries and real estate at the same time. The Bhandar side keeps us busy with people coming in for their daily needs. Then we have the real estate part where we talk to people looking for a place to rent or a plot to buy. It might seem strange to do both, but it works for us. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and know most of the property owners around here. The shop is full of bags and containers, while the corner of the room has a desk where we keep the property files. It can get a bit crowded when both types of customers show up at once. We spend time walking around the streets showing houses to families. Sometimes we spend hours on paperwork for a simple rental agreement. Basaveshwara Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with more traffic and new buildings everywhere. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is a family thing and we don't plan on changing much at all.
