If you know JP Nagar 1st Stage, you probably know the 80 Feet Road. Our office, Surbhi Real Estate, is right there on 9th Cross, not far from the Indira Gandhi Circle. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of history. We’ve been working out of house number 1415 for a long time. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. Most of our days are spent talking to landlords or showing people around the various streets in the area. We know the shortcuts and the shops around here like the back of our hands. JP Nagar has changed quite a bit since we started, with more shops and flats popping up everywhere. We aren’t a big corporate firm with a bunch of branches. It’s just us here, making sure we know what’s available on the market. People often drop by while they’re out for a walk or running errands at the circle. We prefer it that way, just a face-to-face chat over a cup of coffee. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this line of work, and we try to be thorough with it so nobody gets a surprise later. We’ve helped a lot of families settle in this corner of the city. It’s a good feeling when you see someone you helped months ago walking down the street. We’re just local people doing a local job.
