Sunil Real Estate

Sunil Real Estate is a small office, number 45, right on Horamavu Main Road. We are located in the Hanumantha Reddy Layout in S R Nagar. If you know where Naveen Bar is, we are basically right across from it. It’s a busy road with a lot of construction happening these days. We spend most of our time looking at plots and houses around this part of town. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of chairs and a table where we can look at maps and documents. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. It’s mostly just me and a colleague talking to people who want to buy or sell something. We know the local area quite well because we live nearby. We see the changes happening in the neighborhood every week. Sometimes we’re out on the field all day showing people around, and other times we’re just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. We handle the paperwork for rentals and sales, which is mostly just making sure the names and numbers are correct. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking. We get a lot of noise from the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency; we just want to help the folks around here get their housing stuff sorted. It’s a simple job but it keeps us on our feet.
