Sunbio Organics India Ltd is based out of the APMC area on Tumkur Road, which anyone in Bangalore will tell you is one of the busiest roads you can find. Our office is actually near the Executive Engg Office inside the complex. It’s a very industrial sort of place, lots of trucks moving around and people hurrying to get their goods loaded. We aren't tucked away in some quiet IT park with manicured lawns. Instead, we deal with the dust and the noise of Yeshwanthpur every single day. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea when the afternoons get long. It’s a practical setup because that’s what we need to handle the organic side of things we do here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to keep track of everything coming through the APMC. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes it feels like we are right in the middle of a giant puzzle with all the logistics happening around us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s been our home for a while, and we’ve grown to like the fast pace of this part of town.
