I've been working here at Sun Real Estates for a while now. We are right over at 24, opposite the KHB Main Gate in the Vinayaka Layout area. It's a busy spot in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar on Tata Road. Dealing with property stuff can be a headache, so we just try to keep things moving. Most days, someone is at the desk or out looking at a site. It’s not fancy. The office is just a regular place where people come to ask about plots or houses in this part of town. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside from Tata Road, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and middleman work that goes into real estate. It's mostly about knowing who is selling and who is looking. We’ve been at this spot for some time, so people around the KHB gate know where to find us. Usually, if you're looking for Vinayaka Layout, you’ll pass right by our door. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. Just a local office doing local work. If you need something, you just walk in. The door is usually open unless we're all out on a site visit. That happens sometimes in this business. We just try to get the jobs done and help neighbors figure out their property needs without making it too complicated. It is just us here, trying to make sense of the local market every day.
