Suman Engineering Co

Suman Engineering Co is tucked away in Banashankari 1st Stage, specifically over in Kalyani Garden. We have been here for a good while now, working out of this space where the sounds of the machines are just part of the background. It is not a fancy setup by any means. Most days, you will find us buried in whatever task is on the bench, covered in a bit of oil or dust from the floor. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. People walk by the gate and wave, or sometimes they stop in just to see what we are machining that afternoon. We keep the doors open mostly to let a bit of air in because it gets quite warm when everything is running. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually end up around eleven for a quick break. It is just a regular engineering shop where we handle whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the orders are big, other times it is just a small fix for someone nearby. We do not spend much time worrying about the office side of things. The ledger is usually sitting on a desk covered in papers and spare parts. It is a bit disorganized if you look at it from the outside, but we know where every tool is kept. Working in Kalyani Garden has its own pace, and we just fit right into that rhythm every day from morning until the sun goes down.
