We’re located over at No.415, West of Chord Road in Rajajinagar. Static Assembly Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we put things together. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside our windows. The building we are in is pretty standard for the area. We have a layout that’s designed for assembly lines and checking components. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything, just a practical workspace where we can focus on the assembly tasks. We have a bunch of people who are good with their hands and have a lot of patience for detail work. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to scramble to catch up, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be assembled for the day and we get started. Rajajinagar is a good spot because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is decent, so we’ve stayed put. Our focus is just on getting the units built and out the door. It’s a steady rhythm of work that keeps us all going. We don’t really care about being fancy, just about being consistent.
