Our place, Star Engineering, is located at 290, 4th Main in the 4th Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know Peenya, you know it’s a massive place full of factories and workshops. We fit right in here. Our building is a typical industrial setup—nothing too pretty, but it gets the job done. We’ve got machines running and people moving parts around most of the time. It can get a little noisy and hot, especially in the afternoons, but that’s the nature of the work we do. We aren’t a corporate office with suits; we’re usually in our work clothes and have grease on our hands. We focus on the engineering side of things and making sure our orders go out on time. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the machines are behaving. We’ve been in this part of Peenya for quite a while now and have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep our heads down and keep working. There isn't a lot of fluff here. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s just a factory floor and some small office space for the paperwork. We like it this way because it’s practical. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but there’s a good sense of accomplishment when we finish a big batch of parts and get them ready for shipping.
