We are located at 1031 Rajajinagar BKC, which is very close to the Ganathra Mandir. It’s a small office where we manage our cab bookings. We’ve been running this service for a while now, and it’s mostly a local operation. We have a set of drivers who know the city inside and out. We don't use any complicated apps or anything; you just give us a call or stop by the office to book a ride. We do everything from quick trips to the market to long-distance journeys out of the city. Being near the temple, we get a lot of people stopping by. It’s a simple setup with a desk and some chairs where the drivers wait for their next trip. We try our best to be on time, but with the way the traffic is in this city, it’s not always possible. If a driver is running late, we try to call and let the customer know. We take care of our cars, but they see a lot of use, so there’s always something that needs fixing. It’s a family-run thing, and we just try to keep things moving as best we can. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We’re just local people providing a way for other locals to get around. It’s a busy job, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to travel. We just take it one day at a time.
