Sri Vinayaka Juice & Chats Centre

We are located right on Road No. 8 in Udhanagaon. The address is on Kempa Gowda Road Udhana, which is usually a very busy area with lots of people moving around. Sri Vinayaka Juice & Chats Centre isn’t a very big shop, just enough room for the counters and a few spots for people to stand and eat their snacks. I spend most of my day cutting up fruit or cleaning the blender jars after the morning rush. The floor is often a bit wet because of the ice melting, and it can get quite hot when the stoves are going for the chats. We have these big plastic crates stacked up in the corner with oranges and watermelons. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy serving people all day. My brother handles the chat counter while I do the juices. We don’t really have a set menu that stays the same, it just depends on what is fresh that day at the market. Some people complain that it’s too spicy, but then they come back the next day anyway. The traffic noise from Kempa Gowda Road is constant, so we have to shout a bit to hear the orders. It’s a simple life running this place. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until the fruit runs out or we get too tired to keep standing. Sometimes the power fails and the blenders stop, which is the worst.
