We run Sri Vinayaka Estate Agency from 54 Horamavu Lane No 4. Our office is right there in the Market Yard area. It is a busy place with a lot of people coming and going for all sorts of reasons. We have been helping people with property stuff for a good while now. The office is not anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We spend our time talking to owners and people looking for a place to stay or work. Horamavu has changed quite a bit since we started, with more buildings popping up every year. We try to keep track of what is available around the Market Yard and the nearby lanes. It is a lot of walking and talking, really. We do not use those fancy real estate terms that you hear on TV. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is with the land or the building. Sometimes things are slow, and other times everyone wants to move at once. We just take it as it comes. Being in Lane No 4 makes us easy to find if you know the Market Yard area. We are just local people helping other locals find a spot that works for them. No big promises, just the facts about the properties we know about. It is honest work and we enjoy seeing the area grow.
