Our office is on Adugodi Judges Bunglow Road in the Bodakdev area. It is a decent place to be, and we have been working as Sri Vidya Ganapathi Real Estate Agency from this location for quite some time now. Dealing with property is mostly about talking to people and understanding what they are looking for in a home or a piece of land. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and visiting different sites around Bodakdev to see what is available. It is a lot of walking and driving around. The office itself is quite plain, just a few chairs and a table where we can sit down with clients and go over the paperwork. We don't have any corporate slogans or big marketing plans. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us or have heard about us from their friends. We just try to be honest about the properties we show and tell people what the pros and cons are. Some days we are very busy with meetings, and other days it is just us sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring. The area around Judges Bunglow Road is nice, and we like being part of the local community here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city, just a reliable place where people can come for help with real estate without any fuss. It is just basic work that we do every day.
