Sri Venkateshwara Realtors is based at 253 Hebbal Coffee Board Layout, over on 4th Main. Hebbal has changed so much lately with all the new roads and traffic, but our corner of the Coffee Board Layout stays pretty much the same. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people to find decent places without getting confused by all the different agents. We handle a bit of everything—rentals, sales, and land. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to show houses. Bangalore real estate moves fast, and sometimes it's hard to keep up, but we do our best. We aren't into the whole corporate vibe. We’d rather just sit down and have a normal conversation about what you need. If a house has a leaky tap or the paperwork is a bit messy, we’ll tell you. There's no point in hiding things. Most of our clients come back to us because they know we’re just regular people working hard. It’s a busy life, but it’s good to help a family find their first home.
