Sri Venkateshwara Real Estate is a small office located at 3739/1 in Gayathri Nagar. We are right by Geeta Srovar. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know the streets and the houses pretty well. This isn't a big agency with dozens of agents in suits. It’s mostly just me and a little bit of help when things get busy. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood and talking to people about what’s for sale or for rent. Real estate can be a tricky business with a lot of paperwork, but we try to keep it as simple as we can for the folks who come to us. People stop by the office to ask questions or just to see what’s available in Gayathri Nagar. We don't have any flashy TV ads or big billboards. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling their friends about us. It’s a slow and steady process. Sometimes the office is empty because I’m out looking at a property, but there’s usually a note on the door. We aren’t trying to become a giant company.
