Sri Venkatadri Real Estate is located right on the Hebbal Main Road at number 10. It’s a prime spot because everyone passes through here on their way to the airport or the city. We’ve been operating from this small office for several years. Real estate in Hebbal is always moving fast. We handle a bit of everything, from small plots of land to apartments for rent. My desk is usually covered in maps and old property documents. I have a couple of guys who help me show the sites to interested people. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and ride our scooters to the properties. The main road is very noisy with all the trucks and cars, so we have to talk loud in the office. It’s a simple setup with a few plastic chairs for customers. We know the local area very well, every corner and shortcut. People come to us because they want someone who understands the local laws and the land history. We don't do big advertisements on billboards. Most people see our board while they are stuck in traffic and give us a call. It’s a tough business because things change every day. One day a deal is on, and the next it’s off. We just keep going and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of running around, but we manage somehow.
