Our office is located at 43/1 Sahakara Nagar Hill Road. The building is called Sri Vasavi Nilaya. It’s a nice enough spot on the hill road where it’s a bit quieter than the main junctions. We’ve been working out of here for a good while. We handle both real estate sales and some development work. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks. One day we are looking at a construction site, and the next we are sitting with a family helping them go through property deeds. It’s hard work and the days can be long. We aren't some big shiny firm with a lot of slogans. It’s just us doing the work as best as we can. We know the Sahakara Nagar area very well by now. We’ve seen which streets are getting better and where the new shops are opening. People come to us because they want to find a place without all the stress of doing it alone. We don't promise anything we can’t do. We just look at the available land and houses and try to find a match. The office at Sri Vasavi Nilaya is where all the planning happens. It’s full of paper and old pens, but we know where everything is. We like being part of the community here. Most of our clients end up being people we see at the shops later on.
