Sri Suma Coffee Works

At Sri Suma Coffee Works, we spend most of our time dealing with coffee. We are tucked away in Indira Nagar on 2nd Cross in Journalist Colony. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you aren't careful. We’ve been roasting and grinding for a good while now. The smell of the beans usually tells people they are in the right place before they even see the sign. It’s mostly just a few of us working the machines and bagging things up. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the coffee and making sure it's ready when people come to pick it up. A lot of folks from around Journalist Colony stop in regularly. They like the way we do things here because it's simple. We don't try to be a fancy cafe with soft chairs and music. This is a workspace first. We get the beans in, we process them, and then they go out to the customers. It’s hard work and the machines are loud, but it’s what we know how to do. If you’re around the 2nd Cross area, you’ll probably find us there most days. We like being part of the local routine for people who really care about their daily cup. It’s just a straightforward business. We keep our heads down and get the work done. It's a nice way to spend the day for us.
