Sri Sai Real Estate

Sri Sai Real Estate is based out of Sai Ujwal Nilaya, which is at 5 4 Madivala 2nd Cross on V P Road. It’s a small office, nothing like those big agencies you see in the city center. We just have a couple of desks, a few maps on the wall, and some plastic folders with notes about different properties. The floor is tile and we try to keep it clean, but people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. There’s a small shop next door that plays music loud sometimes, so we hear that all day. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in or answering the landline. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just tell people what we know about the houses or plots nearby. My cousin helps out here sometimes when things get busy. We have an old sofa in the corner for guests, though it’s a bit soft and hard to get out of. Madivala is always crowded, so finding parking near the office is a nightmare. Most people just walk here. We don't use fancy software or anything like that. We just write things down in our registers. On Tuesdays, there’s a small market nearby, and the whole street smells like fresh vegetables and spices. It’s a nice change from the usual city smells. We keep a small jar of biscuits on the desk for when we get hungry in the middle of a long conversation. The light in the back room is a bit dim, so we stay in the front.
