Our little agency is tucked into the 2 Nagarabhavi area, specifically on Shree Ram Khaman lane. It’s a local spot near Raipur Chakla, and we are quite close to the Balaji Petrol Bunk, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and a place for people to sit and talk about property. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at local maps and listings. People walk in looking for all sorts of things, maybe a small rental or a bit of land nearby. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we mostly just share what we know about the neighborhood and what prices are currently doing around Nagarabhavi. The lane can get a bit crowded with parked scooters, but it's generally a friendly place. We’ve seen the area grow quite a bit, with new houses going up every other month. Most of our day is spent catching up with owners and seeing who is moving where. There’s always a bit of paperwork to sort through, and the tea guy comes by twice a day which is a nice break. We don't use any big marketing tricks; we just talk to people and try to help them find a place that fits. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
