Sri Sai Properties

Sri Sai Properties operates out of the Attibele area, specifically near Budha Vihar Road and Pimple Saudagar, not far from Hosur. This part of Bangalore City has changed a lot, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. Our work mostly involves dealing with plots of land and local houses. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking across fields or checking out new layouts that are being developed. The office is a place to sit down, look at maps, and go over the legal papers. Property stuff can be quite confusing with all the different regulations, so we just try to explain things in plain English to anyone who asks. We aren't a big corporate real estate firm with fancy offices. We are just local people who know who owns what and which areas are getting water connections or new roads. A lot of our day is spent talking to neighbors and keeping an eye on the market. Being near Hosur means we get people from both sides of the border looking for a place to invest or build a home. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show what is available and help with the local process. It’s a lot of driving around and talking, but that’s how the property business works here.
