We are located at 723 near M S Ramaiah College in Yeshwantpur, which means we are right in the middle of all the student activity. Our shop is quite small, but we try to fit as much as we can onto the shelves. We sell a variety of bags and small gift items that the college kids seem to like. It’s a lively spot, especially during the lunch breaks when groups of students wander in to browse. The shop is often a bit messy because people move things around and we don't always have time to put them back perfectly. I usually sit on a wooden stool near the entrance so I can catch the breeze. The dust from the main road is a constant battle, and I spend a lot of my time with a duster in my hand. We’ve been here for several years and have seen many classes of students come and go. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting; we just use the regular tube lights that hum a little bit. Sometimes the neighbors from the nearby shops come over for a chat when things are slow. It’s a simple way to spend the day. We don't do any online selling or anything like that. People just walk in, pick what they like, and we wrap it up for them in plain paper. It’s a humble business that fits right into the neighborhood's daily life.
