Orka Bean Bags

We operate out of B 10 and C 11 in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate. If you know where the Chintamani Road is, we are right near that part of the Hoskote Industrial Area. It's a practical setup we've got here. We use both units to handle the different stages of making bean bags. One side is mostly for storage and the other is where the actual stitching happens. It gets pretty loud when all the machines are running at once. We don't have a sales team or anything like that, just people who know how to handle fabric. Hoskote can be a bit of a trek, but it’s where all the industrial action is. The weather gets quite hot in the afternoons inside the sheds. We keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in some dust from the road. Working with these materials means there are tiny foam bits everywhere, no matter how much we sweep. It's just the way it is. We’ve been in this part of the estate for a good amount of time. People around here know us as the bean bag folks. We don't do much talking, mostly just focusing on the stitch lines and making sure the zippers don't catch. It’s a simple operation. We show up, do the work, and go home. There isn't any mystery to what we do. It's just about putting things together properly so they stay closed.
