Our place is located at 59 JP Nagar, right where the Ankur Cross Roads meet. It’s a pretty central spot if you know the area. We’ve been operating out of this small office for a good stretch of time. Mostly we spend our days dealing with land, houses, and the various bits of paperwork that go along with property deals. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the front desk with a map spread out or talking on a mobile phone to a buyer. We deal with a lot of local folks who want to move into the neighborhood or maybe sell off a bit of land they’ve had for years. The coffee machine in the corner is a bit temperamental, so we usually just walk down the street for a drink when we have a minute. The office gets a lot of dust from the cross roads traffic, so we are always cleaning the glass. We don't really do any big flashy signs or loud advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or friends telling friends about us. We know which plots are good and which ones might have issues with the water or the road. It’s just about being honest with people and helping them find a place that fits their needs. We stay until the last file is put away and the lights are turned off for the night.
