Sri Sai Estate Agency is tucked away in BTM Layout, specifically at 26 Sarangpur. We are located quite close to the Alliance Academy Hostel, so there are always students walking around the area. It makes the neighborhood feel very lively. Our office is a straightforward place without any frills. We have some maps pinned on the wall and a few mismatched chairs for people to sit on while we talk about different properties. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are usually some papers scattered around the desks and the smell of coffee in the air. We deal with property stuff, but we do it in a very local, hands-on way. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands because we walk them so often. Dealing with real estate means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting various sites. When we are actually in the office, it’s mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure everything is filed where it should be. The traffic in BTM Layout can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up and leave before the rush starts. It’s a family-run sort of feeling even if we aren't all related. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now and the locals know where to find us when they need help. We don't spend money on big ads. We just wait for people to drop in.
